Education Placement Group is a leading supplier of education recruitment and teacher training services in the UK with four dedicated businesses including e-Qualitas, Supply Desk, Justteachers and Teach In.

EPG’s Mission is to provide a comprehensive range of educational services that support schools and education professionals nationwide. We aim to do this through our expert knowledge and understanding of the education sector, innovative teacher training, and a wide range of recruitment solutions that are aligned with our schools and education staff to improve educational outcomes across the UK.

Our brands

Just Teachers are a leading specialist supplier of teachers, nursery nurses and support staff into schools, colleges and nurseries nationwide. Just Teachers have won three accolades from Great Places to Work for the second year running having made both the organisations “Best Places to Work” and “Best Workplaces for Women’s” lists. The company also received an “Excellence in Wellbeing” from Great Places to Work in 2020.

Supply Desk is one of the UK’s leading education recruitment specialists, supplying teachers and support staff into a variety of educational settings across England and Wales. Supply Desk have created bespoke interventions, including a proven reading programme, ‘Love to Read’ aimed at raising educational standards nationwide, which have contributed to pupil progress. Formal partnerships exist with a number of London LEA’s and Home County Councils. Supply Desk implements innovative recruitment solutions for these partnerships, including international Headteacher Tours.

e-Qualitas is recognised as one the country’s leading teacher training providers, having successfully trained over 5,000 teachers over the past decade. As an independent DFE approved provider of the Teaching Apprenticeship Program e-Qualitas is one of the first providers to successfully train over 100 new teachers via this route in the first year of its inception. We work with a network of schools to provide school-led training including; Schools Direct, PGCE, Teaching Apprenticeships and Subject Knowledge Enhancement courses.

Teach in are primarily focussed on placing and supporting newly qualified and experienced teachers into permanent teaching positions. Teach in run a series of ‘Interview Day’ events throughout the year to aid schools and teachers to find the right fit. Teach In also recruit international teachers from their Australian office through this brand. This enables the company to top up their teacher pool with skilled teaching professionals in a shortage market.
